What the engine produces

The firm runs its billing, qualifications, document review, and proposal workflows on one platform. The principal sees only what he needs to see.

What we shipped

$20M+ raised across the Confluence AI CEO's career. CEC-approved technology vendor (Grant ARV-24-015). We built and operate the marketing site, intake flow, and application-tracking surface backing the next round.

What the engine produces

Same engineering ships the qualifications package an AE firm submits every quarter. CEC modules accepted with reviewer-tuned voice. Feasibility narrative and application infrastructure for state-grant work on tribal energy infrastructure.

Three professional-grade volunteers used to table for five hours to capture five to ten leads. The engine catches 120 photo-contest entries at $6 per lead through paid Meta ads. Same mechanism configured for your RFP intake.

What the engine produces

Visitors land via Meta ads or organic browse. The engine logs the visit, captures the intake, fires the SMS, and routes the lead to the founder dashboard. If the engine breaks here, we find out before the next prospect does.
